When using the Absence Approval feature, you have the ability to assign one (or multiple) absence approvers who may approve/deny an employee's request. This article explains how to identify an employee's specific approvers.

Identifying Employee Approvers
Once approvers are assigned, you will need to reference an individual employee's General Information page, as needed, to identify the approvers currently assigned to that employee's absences.

Once opened, the system will list a series of employee-related tabs at the top of the General Information page. Click the Absence Approvers tab.
The Absence Approvers page provides a list of users who are set up to approve for this employee, and it indicates whether the approver receives email notifications.
